Policy

Black Diamond hats may be returned/exchanged, based on the following:

  • Items must be in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free.
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. 
  • On orders under $50: Unless we made a packaging mistake (in which we will provide you with a return label) you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we will cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to you.
  • On orders over $50, costs will be covered by us and we will provide the shipping label.
